AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CAUQUA TRIBAL HOUSE
The Cauqua Tribe is steadfast in its mission to restore, preserve, and elevate the identity and dignity of its people as an indigenous community. We are committed to building a robust tribal house rooted in our rich cultural heritage, guided by our unique traditions, and recognized under the broader Cape Khoi lineage.
RESTORE
To revive and fully practice our indigenous language, traditions, and customs. To teach our children the value of their cultural identity, rejecting colonial labels such as "coloured and blanket terms like black" and embracing their rightful place as proud members of the Khoi heritage.
PRESERVE
To affirm our rightful place as indigenous people of South Africa, recognized for our historical contributions and sovereign identity. To build a legacy of cultural pride, ensuring our people no longer feel marginalized but stand tall in their unique heritage.
ELEVATE
To create traditional marriage systems, land ownership governed by our indigenous laws, and institutions that reflect our cultural values while aligning with international standards. To govern ourselves under the authority of the Royal House of the Cauqua Tribe.

Queen Chantal Revell
Queen Chantal Revell serves as the leader of the Cauaqua tribe in the Western Cape, a distinguished breakaway group from the Gorinhaiqua tribe, historically known as the "bridge builders".
Chief Julian Revell
As a co-founder of the Cauqua Cultural House, Chief Julian has worked tirelessly alongside Princess Chantal to educate people about their Khoisan heritage, helping individuals reconnect.
Chief Charles Daniels
Chief Charles Daniels experience in retail management, project coordination, and community activism equips him with the skills necessary to lead and implement effective skills development programs in the community.
Chief Cecilia Amansure
As the leader of the Cauaqua Cultural group, Chief Cecilia has fostered unity among the diverse tribes of Knoflokskraal. Her inclusive approach and commitment to collaboration have brought significant stability to the community.
